The judicial independence is a basic rule for every modern country ruled by law. The public judgment also is a basic law system of the modern legal nations. As a kind of special and independent power in constitutional government system,the media play a role of promoting the judicial fair and suppressing judicial corruption. On the other side,base on the characteristic of oneself,they have the natural invasion to the judicial independence. According to the current realistic state of our country,the structure of the supervision system of the medium must regard the respect to the law authority and the support to the judicial authority as premise,and shall attain objective,fair and accurate.
