Abstract
Objective To assess the intubating hemodynamic changes after anesthesia induction with etomidate and remifentanyl or fentanyl. Methods Forty patients were allocated into 2 groups. After induction, tracheal intubation was performed 2 minutes later.Mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) were measured before anesthesia induction,1min after induction,2min after induction. Results The MAP and HR after induction were lower than baseline(P0.05).After intubation,MAP was significantly different between 2 groups(P0.05).Conclusion The control of cardivascular responses to tacheal intubation with remifentanyl is more effective than that with fentanyl.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
