Abstract

Analysing the growing process of small and medium-sized enterprises in the view of science and development,financing difficulty is always the main factor that puzzles small and medium-sized enterprises’development.So improving the situation needs government,bank and erterprise creating social credit environment in common,and strengthening the financing ability and improving the competitive ability of small and medium-sized enterprises.
