Practical Study of the Agriculture-Countryside-Farmer Issue:Inspiration from Three Hefei New Farmers

Through the study and analysis of the three farmers' developing processes in Feixi and Feidong County,this paper comes to the conclusion of the key to their success and their typical characteristics as new farmers;it also puts forward how to improve the farmers' quality and what kind of farmers are needed;at last,it states that the urgent need is the cultivation of new farmers,which is also a primary project for agricultural industrialization so as to accelerate its process and provide the countryside development with more advanced productive forces.
