Quality Culture for New Types Farmers and Innovation Development Research

Abstract
The roots for phenomenon of agriculture sideline,part-time farmers,rural population aging,village hollowing during the process of urbanization and industrialization in China were studied,the quality bottleneck for traditional farmers transferring into new types farmers was found out.It was thought that culturing new types farmers should follow in order and advance step by step,pay attention to actual effect with various forms,meet the demand,choose the tree typical,fan out from point to area;innovative ideas,cultivate short board of farmers,actively train the new generation of farmers.
