Jingdaining capsule with clinical efficacy studies of antibiotics in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To explore the Jingdaining capsule with the clinical efficacy of antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group of 60 patients were treated with capsules combined with lactic acid levofloxacin injection and metronidazole injection treatment,control group of 30 patients were treated with levofloxacin lactate injection and metronidazole injection therapy.Three months after the two groups of patients before and after abdominal pain,back pain,vaginal discharge,abnormal compare.Results Significant improvement in symptoms and associated symptoms in the treated patients compared with the control group after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusions Jingdaining capsule on chronic pelvic inflammation exact,and the method is simple,it is suitable for application in primary hospitals.
