Abstract
During flower bud differentiation of Siraitia grosvenorii, the dynamic variation in contents of plant endogenous hormones IAA,ABA,GA3 and ZR in the female flower bud of second order vine were determined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that in the developing process of flower bud,low levels of IAA and GA3 and high levels of ABA and ZR could accelerate flower bud differentiation. The changes in ratios of ABA/GA3 and ZR/GA3 played primary roles. High ratios of ABA/GA3 and ZR/GA3 also could promote flower bud differentiation.
