Abstract

During the flower bud differentiation stage of sweet osmanthus, four kinds of flower bud endogenous hormones IAA,GA,ZRs,ABA contents were measured with the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in this paper. The results showed that:in the flower bud physiology differentiation stage,GA and IAA levels increased, but the content of GA was the gradually downward trend in the morphological differentiation stage, until the end of differentiation;ZRs content in flower bud physiological differentiation stage was upward trend,up to the peak in the early morphological differentiation stage and then the content decreased;ABA content in sweet-scented osmanthus flower bud initial(bract differentiation stage) has gradually increasing trend,up to the highest level from 22 June to 2 July. The content of ABA was gradually downward trend from inflorescence differentiation to flower bud morphological differentiation, but the changes were relatively stable. The results showed that flower bud differentiation needs the high ZRs content and low IAA and GA contents.
