Abstract

Agriculture is the basic industry of national economy,so developing modern agriculture not only needs the support from advanced agricultural science,but also requires rapid transformation of agricultural scientific achievements.The paper introduces the results and challenge of agricultural scientific achievements transformation and discusses institution innovation of agricultural scientific achievements transformation from the actual demand angle of promoting modern agricultural development by accelerating agricultural scientific achievements transformation.
