Abstract
The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements plays important roles in promoting the progress of agricultural science and technology and the development of modern agriculture in China.Based on the construction of agriculture science and technology achievement transformation funds performance evaluation index system,this paper applied comprehensive evaluation method to assess the performance of agricultural science and technology achievement transformation fund in different technological fields during the Eleventh Five Year Plan period.The paper also put forward several policy suggestions for strengthening the using effects of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund,and improving the efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation.
