In recent years,as China's surveillance management structure make great efforts to cultivate institutional investors,the institutional investors steadily expand their scale,the structure has been continuously optimized.Under this background,how to let institutional investors to participate effectively in the governance of listed companies,becomes a realistic and urgent research problem before us.This text through the analysis of China's current development of institutional investors participation in corporate governance and the the restriction factors of institutional investors participation in corporate governance,proposed the methods and measures,in order to make the institutional investor positively participate in corporate governance.
