From the Usage of “SUOXING” LEI Adverb(“索性”类副词) in Qing Dynasty to See the Evolution Rule of the Adverb in Chinese Language

Abstract

SUOXING had been applied in ZHUZI YULEI in Song Dynasty,and was used frequently in Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasty.Its usage at that time is familiar with that of today's. But in Qing Dynasty,many adverbs were familiar with SUOXIN,such as SHUANGXING,SHUAIXING,SUOXING,SHUANGDE,TOUXIN,TOUXING,TOUXIN,GANCUI ect.Later,SUOXING LEI adverb tends to be unified.This reflects the law that the language phenomena are mostly from confused to standare, from diverse to identical.
