Abstract
Many different experts have used different theories and approaches to explain problems concening Stability as state of political during China's economic transitional Period.This article attempts to break through the restrictions of the traditionally theroretical model.The reason why I choose the theory of institutional change is that it can be uced properly to describe and analyse the aspects of the problems concerning stability.The institutional economists argue the conflict of interests caused by the institutional change usually leads to changes of political environment.The transition from the planned enonomy to the market economy is a certain kimd of institutional change. In establishing market economy, the govrmment takes the initiative. The govermment's supply of institutions which arrgnge interest relations of various economic individuals in economic system influence stability of political environment. Equilibrium of institution can maintain equilibrium of interest which is the dey factor for stability.
