Abstract
China has to maintain political stability in the social transition period, and the healthy political stability needs institutional, motivational and social guarantee. The institutional guarantee of political stability is a political system with comparative strong holding mechanism, to make various political subjects conform to the unified political norm, and to build up the reasonable check and balance mechanism for powers at the same time. The motivational guarantee of political stability is the assimilative and distributive mechanisms, and the longevity and vitality of political stability is based on the self renewal of political system. The social guarantee of political stability is the interactive mechanism between the political system and the society, including import and export mechanisms.
