Abstract

For agricultural development and production,the utilization of water resources must be take the scientific development concept as instruction with harmony of promoting agricultural economy development and the supporting capacity between the water resources and the water environment.For sustainable utilization of water resources to ensure sustainable development of agricultural economy,the article puts forward some relative measures.
