The Study of the Reform on State-owned Enterprises' Corporate Governance with Economic Mathematics

Abstract
Based on the analysis of corporate governance models of traditional state-owned enterprises, their common drawbacks are pointed out and some ways to improve them are also put forward. Meanwhile, a new method to select the enterprise leaders and a new mechanism to balance all internal powers are discussed in details.
