Abstract
OBJECTIVE To carry out the family doctor system service modefor patients with hypertension in the community, the evaluation of the service mode of intervention on hypertensive disease effect. METHODS Using the research methods of clinical experiment, select the two community neighborhood of hypertension patients as the research object, they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was given family doctor system of health service, and the control group was given traditional hypertension management services. Comparing the two groups of control of the blood pressure, hypertension knowledge, awareness rate, life habits changed after intervention. RESULTS After accept family doctor system service intervention, the research object of the systolic blood pressure of intervention group(132.4±97), diastolic blood pressure(82.3±72), were lower than before the intervention of systolic pressure(153.7 ± 11.9) and diastolic pressure(100.1 ± 9.4), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The research object of intervention group's hypertension relatedknowledge awareness rate was higher than the control subjects, and than before the intervention itself condition(P0.05); 62 cases of patients in the intervention group received familydoctor system service management, lifestyle habits such as smoking, drinking, high salt diet control were better than the control group, change to take medicine on time, regular monitoring of blood pressure, the reasonable movement behavior difference with the control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Carring out the family doctor service mode of prevention and control of hypertension in community, could effectively control the patient's blood pressurelevel, improve their living habits, enhance their awareness of hypertension disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
