Solitary Fibrous Tumor of the CT Findings of Signs

Objective To investigate the imaging findings of solitary fibrous tumors(SFTs)and to improve the understanding of SFTs. Methods Collected 21 cases of SFTs that surgery and pathology confirmed in our hospital,The imaging and pathological findings of 21 cases were retrospectively analyzed.All of the patients underwent CT examination and 20 cases of them underwent enhanced scan. Results 21 patients in the neck two cases of solitary fibrous tumor, chest solitary fibrous tumor in 11 cases,abdominal and pelvic solitary fibrous tumor in 6 cases, 2 cases of solitary fibrous tumor of the groin. Conclusions Solitary fibrous tumor general performanced of isolated, demarcated soft tissue mass, uneven density, enhanced scan most uneven slightly enhanced, few obvious heterogeneous enhancement,Samples with tortuous vessels like enhancement.
