On beliefs of sustainable development of the Economic Law

Industry Revolution brought about the growth of economy,but also unprecedentedly destroyed the ecology environment.Existence and development of human being are seriously threatened.The traditional private law could do nothing toward the differences between the poor and rich for personal varieties,and social general interests as well.Economic Law,which based on the whole society,safeguards the sustainable social general interests.The beliefs of sustainable development of the Economic Law should be set up to pay attention to the relationships between human being and nature,environment and development,contemporary and future, even be totally established and promoted in each link of the study of law,legislation and implementation.
