On the Overall Interests of Society in Economic Law

Abstract
Economic law is a standard law of overall interests of society,which is the legislative purpose and ultimate goal.The overall interests of its pursuit are economic socialization,modernization and development of social productive forces to a certain stage.It is a new interest that is different from the personal interest,the public interest and national interests and is a developing social dynamic benefits and the incremental benefits.Economic law achieves the holistic interests of society by the legislative purpose,the whole community adjustment mechanism,institutional framework and individual coordination,which is sustainable developing overall interests of society in the pursuit of substantive fairness and the fairy result compared with other laws,and is the objective requirement and scientific response of the scientific developing concept of the economic law concept.
