Abstract

To assess the value of color Doppler flow imaging for monitoring ovulation induction with infertile. Method: This study was carried out on total of 45 menstrual cycles in 30 patients. The first group was contrast and second group received clomiphene treatment. All patients were performed ultrasound on 7, 10 and the one day before ovulation. The diameter of follicle, endometrium and the PI, RI of uterine artery were measured. Result: There were 41 cycles can be seen growth follicle in 45 cycles. Ratio of detection follicle is 91.11%. The relationship between diameter of follicle and endometrium is closely. The blood flow parameters can be measured in uterine artery. And PI, RI was decreasingly to day before ovulation. Conclusion: The color Doppler flow imaging can be used to predict and monitoring the ovulation. And it can be accepted by patients because it is no invasion.
