An Analysis of Factors Influencing High-income Class and Countermeasures

As income of the high-income class increases by a big margin and wealth is becoming highly concentrated in China,the income gap is getting more and more attention from the public and government.And system transition,trade monopoly,illegal income are factors influencing high-income class.So in response to the current situation,the government should have adjustments and controls in regulating and controlling wage income,focusing on property income and strengthening the collection and management of tax.
