Reformation of Sports Theory Teaching in Public Universities

Abstract

The investigation shows college students lack of basic knowledge of sports theory.But the current survey shows that college sports currently teaching and research just focused on practice technology.Teaching basic theoryhas not attracted attention.Monotonous methods in teaching sports theoretical basis will result in the imbalance in the overall development of college sports.This will certainly affect the results of this college sports education.Universities should change the order of basic theory teaching,improve teaching methods and strengthen publicity to enhance sports basic knowledge teaching.
