Abstract

The application of ecological sports teaching mode in P.E teaching in colleges and universities was discussed in theory and practice by using methods of questionnaire,investigation,comparing and experiment.The results showed that ecology sports' teaching mode broke through the restraints of traditional P.E course,integrated human,sports and nature,promoted the physical and mental health of college students,raised the sports consciousness of college students,and developed a new way for college sports education reform.
