Abstract
Objective To evaluate the change of the function of the megakaryocyte,the cell nucleosome of the megakaryocyte and the multi nuclear megakaryocyte in 88 fever cases as the study group.Methods To observe the structure of the megakaryocyte with microscopes and calculate the percentage respectively and the platelet of the same stage in peripheral blood.Based on the final clinical diagnosis,the study group of 88 cases was divided into five groups.Results The check-out ratio of the megakaryocyte containing the cell nucleosome and multin uclear was 96.6%,54.17%,respectively,while the contrast was only 43.3%,16.7%,respectively.The check-out ratio of the multinucle-ar megakaryocyte of the 11 fever cases with platelet be reduced was 100%,but the contrast was 40.5%.Conclusion Fever may be also result in the damage of the structure and function of the magakaryocyte.
