Abstract

The mechanical properties of viscoelastic material,such as shear modulus,loss modulus and loss factor and so on,are effected greatly by the environmental temperature,vibration frequency and strain amplitude,so the constitutive relation of viscoelastic material is very complex. At present,there are two mainly methods to establish the constitutive model of viscoelastic material: using the existing constitutive models;experimental researching on the materials and fiting experimental curves.In this paper,the recent advance on the constitutive model of viscoelastic materials were reviewed and some suggestions for future investigating trends were also presented.
