Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of apheresis platelet and hand-made concentrat platelet.Method Clinical analysis on 45 cases of apheresis platelet and hand-made concentrat platelet.Results The CCI and PPR of apheresis platelet was better than hand-made concentrat platelet(P0.05),the transfusion reaction of apheresis platelet was lower than hand-made concentrat platelet(P0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of apheresis platelet transfusion is better.
