Abstract

The all-round development of a person is an important theme in the 21st century.Scientific spirit and humane spirit, 2'eyes' of knowing the world,are the indispenseble spiritual strength in remoulding the world,which complement each other and promote man's allround development, acting as the sources of strength and spiritual support.Advocating scientific spirit and humane spirit is our historic task in the 21st century.
