Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cholinesterase,ALT and AST ratio(AST/ALT) in the diagnosis of chronic liver disease clinical significance. Methods 150 cases of our hospital patients with chronic liver disease(60 cases of cirrhosis,50 cases of liver cancer,40 cases of chronic severe hepatitis and liver diseases are the basis of chronic hepatitis B) blood biochemical tests carried out,and the results and statistical analysis. Results Serum cholinesterase in control group, the liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, chronic severe hepatitis group were significantly different(P0.01),cholinesterase activity with liver function Child classification was a significant positive correlation(r= 0.461,P0.01),worse liver function, the more obvious decline in cholinesterase.AST/ALT in the liver a significant difference between groups(P0.01),at the same time liver function A-level and C-level between the AST/ALT have significant differences(P0.05)Conclusion Serum cholinesterase AST and ALT ratio is not only can be used as a sign of the severity of liver disease,at the same time to the diagnosis of liver disease, differential diagnosis, prognosis, disease monitoring and efficacy of observation to provide valuable basis.
