Atudy on Continuing Leading Industry of Mining Cities——Take Fuxin city as an example

To achieve the sustainable development of Mining cities,they must cultivate continuing leading industries besides mining industry,and must insist on five principles when choosing and cultivating continuing leading industries.First,the leading function of governments;second,putting the employment on the first place;third,strengthening geological prospecting and making proper degree of exploitation;fourth,cultivating continuing industries with high technology and walking the new industrialization path;and finally,developing mining industry,mineral processing industry and circulation economical industry.Continuing leading industries of mining cities should consist of five industries,such industries include mining industry,mineral processing industry,labor-intensive industry,circulation economical industry and high technology industry.According to this theory,the continuing leading industries of Fuxin city should consist of mining industry,new energy industry,coal chemical engineering industry,farm produce profound processing industry,circulation economical industry and tourism.
