Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of B ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma, summarize the clinical experience. Methods 76 patients with uterine myoma treated in our hospital, both the application of B type ultrasonic inspection, observation of pathological morphology, size, echocharacteristics, and the diagnosis result compared with pathological examination results. Results The pathological findings as the reference standard, the correct rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 88.2%, the correct rate of the abdominal ultrasonography diagnosis was 81.25%, the rate of correct diagnosis of transvaginal B ultrasoundexamination was 90%; 9 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosis rate is 11.8%. Conclusion The diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma in application of B ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation, high detection rate, can be used as a gynecological examination and diagnosis of the main auxiliary means of myoma of uterus.
