Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensioal( 3D) ultrasonography for congenital uterine abnormalities. Method 65 patients with uterine oviduct radiography combined with hysteroscopy / laparoscopic examination confirmed the diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies in clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, all patients underwent transvaginal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis before diagnosis, analysis accuracy rate of both imaging manifestations and diagnosis. Result The correct rate of diagnosis of 3D ultrasound was 100%( 65 /65),The correct diagnostic rate of 2D ultrasound was 87. 7%( 57 /65),The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound can clearly display the uterus, uterine cavity shape and fundus appearance,in the diagnosis of uterine dysplasia is better than two-dimensional ultrasound,it has high value in clinical application.
