Abstract

The problem of re-employment is one of the central issues in China's developmental strategies to be carried over to the next century. In view of its striking regional characteristics, it can be solved by developing regional economy. Proposed measures include:①improving the labor-using capacity of every industry by adjusting regional industrial structure; ②disposing rationally regional labor resources by transferring inner-regional or inter-regional industries.
