Abstract
This paper introduces the method of the water resources allocation of the Middle-route Water Transfer from South to North Project, Including the rules of the water resources allocation, how to select the flow capacity of the canal, and the model of water supply simulation. The techniques have been improved and include some new idea for the Middle-route Water Transfer from South to North Project.!The results of water resources allocation, such as the annual water transfer capacity, water allocation quantity for every district and the flow capacity of the canal, offered the scientific evidence for the Project built and the basic data of the canal designed. The techniques can be applied in other similar project.
