Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment in 56 Cases of Traumatic Brain Infarction

Objective Analysis clinical manifestations of traumatic brain infarction,seek appropriate and effective method of treatment.Methods Recalling circumstances of diagnosis and treatment about 56 cases of traumatic brain infarction in our hospital hospitalized.Results In the 56 cases of traumatic brain infarction,there were 25 cases of Small infarction(less than 3 cm)(44.64%),18 cases of middle infarction(3 to 5 cm)(32.14%) and 13 cases of large infarction(5 cm above)(23.21%).Surgical treatment 20 cases,the skull and neck traction braking six cases,conservative treatment of 30 cases.Prognosis:Good 38 cases(41.45%),The mildly disabled 12 cases(21.42%),the severely disabled 2 cases(3.57%),plants survive 1 cases(1.79%),died three cases(5.36%).Conclusion Carefully observate illness of traumatic brain injury patients,Timely review brain CT,Early discover traumatic brain infarction and appropriately treat them,Significantly improve the prognosis.
