Two Methods of Treatment of Inguinal Hernia of Clinical Effects

Objective To explore different ways of operation treatment of inguinal hernia in the clinical curative effect and the advantages and disadvantages.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the observation group with the flat type tension free hernia repair,the control group using the Plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair,between the two operation in general and long term effect.Results The two groups of patients with hernia ring size,operation time,postoperative ambulation activity time,postoperative pain,the average hospitalization days and recurrence rate etc,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05);however,the observation group patients hospitalization expenses were lower than the control group(P0.05),while the control group patients in normal physical labor time in observation group(P0.05).Conclusion The flat type tension free hernia repair and the tension-free hernia repair for treatment of inguinal hernia in the ideal method is a simple,safe and low recurrence rate,and flat type tension free hernia repair costs are relatively low,more suitable for primary hospitals.
