Abstract
To improve current situation of voltage and reactive power control in distribution networks,a coordinated control strategy for voltage and reactive power in the whole distribution network is designed.Based on the principles that the voltages in the whole distribution network are judged from the bottom to top and controlled from the top to bottom and the reactive power is judged from the top to bottom and controlled from the top to bottom,the concept of voltage variation sensitivity among nodes is introduced in and on the basis of ensuring the voltages at the controlled node are adequate and reactive power is locally balanced according to the voltage variation sensitivity among nodes the control results of votlage and reactive power is prejudged,meanwhile,the voltage quality and reactive power balance of distribution networks belonging to different voltage grades as well as those of regional power network are taken into account to implement the coordinated control of various voltage regulation and reactive power compensation equipments in high-medium-and low-voltage distribution networks.The proposed control strategy is applied in pilot project and good results are achieved.
