Abstract
The areal voltage and reactive power measuring and optimal control system adopts lay-ered and distributed network architecture,with the voltage and reactive power compensation equip-ment at the bottom.Its main functions are introduced,such as control,management,data acquisition,fault processing,and so on.It takes the least net loss and the best voltage level as the object func-tions to optimize system reactive power.The constraints of power flow and net safety and the regu-lation for several operating conditions in real-time areal voltage and reactive power measuring and control of power distribution system are introduced.The system may improve the voltage quality of power distribution network and ease the monitoring and maintenance of decentralized voltage and reactive power compensation devices.
