Abstract
The effect of Ce on maize seed germination and growth under acid rain stress was studied. The experiment results showed that the seed germination was mitigated by Ce under acid rain inhibition, and the fit of density was 10ppm. The effect of Ce on seeding growth of under acid rain stress was studied. Cell membrane permeability, the malonydialdehyd (MDA) and praline (Pro) content, activities of superoxide (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were reduced. The activities of catalase (CAT) and nitrate reductase(NR), ehlorophyll content, root activities, photosynthetic were increased. The experiment results showed that the seeding growth of under acid rain inhibition was mitigated by Ce, and the fit of density was 30 mg/L.
