Problems and Countermeasures in Building a Socialist Harmonious Labor Relations

Harmonious labor relation is an important part of socialist harmonious society,but there are still many problems in the process of building our current labor relations.The state-owned enterprises restructuring,non-public enterprises developing,migrant peasant workers raise the issue in the process of building harmonious labor relations.The paper first proposes problems which exist in socialist labor relations,then analyzes the reasons behind these issues,puts forward the strategies and methods of building socialist harmonious labor relations,which play an important role in the process of building a socialist harmonious labor relations and a harmonious society.
