"DIY" Computer Education Model for Local Colleges and Universities

Chinese higher education is now at the stage of public of stage.So local colleges and universities become the main educational institutions for the higher education.Because of the differences between the elite and local colleges and universities in student resource,research strength etc,local colleges and universities must change the traditional teaching idea and educational model in order to cultivating talents and serve the society especially to improving the provincial economy.In this paper,we proposed theDIYcomputer education model for local colleges and universities,which can arouse the students’initiative,improve the quality of the computer talents in local colleges and universities.
