Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation abla- tion and O_3 injected into intradisc on lumbar intervertebral disc herniaion.Methods One hundred and twenty four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation diagnosed by CT or MRI were treated with radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation and O_3 injected into intradisc.Results In the 124 patients,53 patients acquired excellent effect,65 patients good effect,4 patients poor effect and 2 cases failure.The excellent and good rate was 95.1%,the effective rate was 98%.Con- clusion Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation and O_3 intradisc injected are effective method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
