Abstract
Objective:To study the determination of triptolide in Compound Common Threewingnut Liniment by HPLC. Methods:An Zorbax ODS (4.6 IDX 250 nm) column was used, mobile phase was MeOH Water (40∶60), detection wavelength was 218 nm. Results:The average recovery for determination of Liniment was 96.82% ( RSD =0.77, n =5). Conclusion:The method was found to be accurate.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
