Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ability of detecting abnormal blood cells with blood-cell-analyzer (Sysmex SF-3000).Method Comparing the results of the abnormal blood cells detected with both blood-cell-analyzer (Sysmex SF-3000) and microscope. Results The results detected with blood-cell-analyzer (Sysmex SF-3000):False-positive is 17.43%;False-negative is 0%;The sensitivity is 100%;The speciticity is 85.16%;The predictive positive is 78.30%; The predictive negative is 100%;The effective rate is 90.33%.Conclusion Microscope cannot be completely taken place by blood-cell-analyzer (Sysmex SF-3000) in detecting abnormal blood cells.
