Abstract
Physical culture is an important part of campus culture in colleges and universities. As the extension and supplement of physical education, campus physical culture functions as a latent course. It presents itself in such an indirect and latent way that it influences the students through their unconscious and unspecialized psychological reaction mechanism. Physical culture has the characteristics of latency, diversity, initiative and ease for the students to accept, which cannot be achieved by other forms of education. The study of physical culture is conducive to the integration of physical education and the accomplishment of its aim.
