Construction and Application of Information System in Medical Insurance Expenses Management

Abstract

The authors intended to construct a set of effective information system of medical insurance expenditure management under the premise of safeguarding the patients enjoying reasonable medical service,carrying out relevant insurance policy,and elaborating hospital's initiatives.The information system were established to improve the work efficiency,intensify supervision,appropriately control the medical expenditures of insured person,control the unreasonable increase of medical cost eventually.
