On the Issue of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

The research results show that compared with the previous generation of migrant workers,fundamental changes have taken place in the new generation of migrant workers on the motive of migrant,psychological orientation,status identity,development goal,and vocational choice.However,due to urban and rural employment system is still divided,in the background of accelerated social transformation and adjustment interests,the new generation of migrant workers face marginalization and a series of outstanding problems,for which we must adhere to urban and rural coordinating development policies,and develop a series of policy measures adapting to the new generation of rural migrant workers.
