New generation of migrant workers have become a new force in Industrial construction and urban construction.In the process of urbanization,they are experiencing collision and fusion with the urban life,and showing the gap between ideal and reality in employment,living,emotional needs and interests protect,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to intensify the training of migrant workers,improve the level of social protection of migrant workers and migrant the community on the humane care into workers to accelerate process of urbanization of migrant workers.
