Abstract
An accurate Parameter model of spur gear is established based on Pro/E.By changing base parameters,gear can be promptly generated,which improved design efficiency dramatically.Then by seamless link between Pro/E and ANSYS,model is lead to ANSYS.Model lead,cell selection and power load are exemplified in detail.Stress is calculated with finite element method,which illustrates the advantages of Pro/E modeling and finite element of ANSYS,laying a solid foundation for optimal design of gear transmission.
