This paper discusses four views of school-based curriculum resource development: 1.to advance the speciality quality and develop the teacher curriculum resource.2.to raise the initiative quality and develop the student curriculum resource.3.to strengthen the openness quality and develop the city community curriculum resource.4.to advocate the multi-entity quality and develop the rural curriculum resource.
